⚖️ Molecular Weight Calculator
Calculate molecular weight element by element. Select elements and their counts to compute the total molecular weight.
What is Molecular Weight?
Molecular weight (or molecular mass) is the sum of the atomic masses of all atoms in a molecule. It is calculated by multiplying each element's atomic mass by the number of atoms of that element in the molecule, then summing the results. For example, H₂O = 2(1.008) + 1(15.999) = 18.015 g/mol.
How to Use This Calculator
Add elements one by one, specifying the element symbol and the number of atoms. The calculator will sum up the contributions from each element to give you the total molecular weight in g/mol.
